TUITION INFORMATION 2010-2011 NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE - $175.00 KINDERGARTEN ASSESSMENT FEE - $25.00 These fees are due with the completed application. RE-ENROLLMENT FEE $125.00 per student - To a maximum of $375.00 per family (By Friday, February 26, 2010) $175.00 per student - No family maximum (After Friday, February 26, 2010) ¨ All application, assessment and re-enrollment fees are non-refundable.
TUITION RATES
PAYMENT INFORMATION ¨ Annual – There is a 2% discount for full payment received in the BVCS office by July 1, 2010. ¨ Monthly – Automatic Bank Payments (ACH) are processed through FACTS Management Co. There is a charge to the parent each year to set up an account. A late fee will be assessed for delinquent payments. There are no illness or vacation credits given. Call the accounting office for other options. EARLY WITHDRAWAL Parents are charged a $25 processing fee for any withdrawal after July 1st. Also, parents must give notice in writing 30 days in advance when withdrawing students. Any family not giving 30 day written notice will be required to pay full tuition for that month. STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES (Academic Intervention) Information and rates are available in the Academic Intervention office. EXTENDED CARE BVCS offers Extended Care for grades K-8 from EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES and COSTS (all fees are non-refundable) Elementary School ¨ Band and/or Strings – Band/Strings is offered for free, but there is a $25.00 registration fee and instrument rental is necessary. ¨ 6th Grade Outdoor Education (required) - Approximate cost is $400.00. (Trip is in September and is 5 days & 4 nights.) Junior High School
¨ Choir - Uniform required. – (Cost varies and is due when uniforms are ordered.) ¨ Art - $15.00 per semester ¨ Sports - $90.00 per student for the first sport in a school year. Each additional sport in the same school year is $70.00. ¨ 8th Grade Washington, D.C. trip (optional) - Approximate cost is $2,200.00. (Trip is in March or April and is 7 days & 6 nights.) High School ¨ Textbooks – Textbooks may be purchased through MBS Direct by phone, fax or online. You will receive an information packet about ordering, along with the class schedule in the summer. They will be purchased semi-annually, thus reducing the initial cost of buying them for an entire year. ¨ Choir – Uniform required. – (Cost varies and is due when uniforms are ordered.) ¨ Art Elective - $50.00 supply fee. – (Collected when class begins.) ¨ Cheerleading - Uniform & camp fees. – (Cost varies and is due when uniforms are ordered.) ¨ Sports - $120.00 per student for the first sport in a school year (except football). Ninth (9th) grade football is $120.00. Tenth (10th) - twelfth (12th) grade football is $220.00. Each additional sport in the same school year is $100.00. Fee is due at the start of the season. ¨ Retreat/Mission Outreach Ministry (required for all High School students) – Approximate cost is $250.00.
