At Big Valley Christian School, we believe students are called not only to grow in knowledge, but to live out their faith through compassion, service, leadership, and meaningful action. Serving others is an important part of the BVCS experience and an extension of our mission to nurture and equip students to impact the world for Christ.

Throughout every stage of their education, students are given opportunities to serve both locally and globally while learning what it means to love and care for others in practical ways. Through service projects, outreach opportunities, mission experiences, partnerships, and community engagement, students are encouraged to develop hearts of humility, generosity, and Christlike leadership.

BVCS students partner with a variety of local ministries and organizations that serve families, children, individuals in need, and the broader Central Valley community. Students also engage with global missions and outreach organizations that help expand their understanding of God’s work around the world and encourage a lifelong perspective of serving others.
